I'm living with Lorna in Wellington, not far from Bracknell. I'm still working (as a programmer) in London, so my commute is about 1.5 hours each way. I was reading a lot of books, but lately I've been sleeping on the way in and reading the paper (CityAM - it's great) on the way home. I must start reading books again...
My back is knackered, and I have hyperthyroidism, so I'm not playing football this year. And if my back doesn't get better, then it's probably best if I don't return to it. I'm hoping to cycle to work (I have a really cool folding bike), but my back has kinda put me off. I will start doing this again soon. In the meantime I'm trying to ride every weekend and do Pilates every other day.
We are probably moving to Oxfrod for the next academic year. My commute willl be about the same (only without the annoyin gaps in timetables) and we'll have social lives. Woot.
